I have been struggling though a winter period in life, feeling lost and not knowing when it will end. So i started to go on walks, every day i could. I started sitting, meditating under ancient beech trees. They opened up a feeling, both new and always there, of love and interconnectedness that has permeated me. I wanted to create and share something affordable that is capable of holding and sharing that love. Something that acknowledges difficulty. I still feel the difficulty and suffering, but now I feel so much more, like expanding into more than me. I filled sketchbook upon sketchbook with this feeling, fluid, cathartic line designs, that reminded me of maps, of tree rings and reishi mushrooms. I was getting lost in a feeling of nothingness, of nature and love. What I made evolved off the page and now takes the form of a fragile, ceramic ball and it’s centre of nothingness, tied and hung with care.

Hand crafted 6cm Ceramic Baubles. Each one Unique, made by my own fair hands. Tied with a 3mm back velvet ribbon.
